In Boston, Li "is credited with leading $30 million in state-funded restorations of the waterfront and a public passage called HarborWalk, 41 of 47 miles completed through six neighborhoods." Li is quoted in the article describing the importance of public access in stimulating the investments Boston attracted during her tenure there.
