With 350 bikeshare stations already in its system, Capital Bikeshare announced the addition of eight new stops at high-profile locations in and around the nation's capital.
"Capital Bikeshare, the popular bike-rental program, said it is adding another eight stations in the Arlington area along the George Washington Memorial Parkway beginning next year," reports Dana Hedgpeth.
The added stops are intended to fill gaps in the system between Arlington County, the District, and Alexandria, according to Capital Bikeshare officials quoted in the article. The list of new stops includes some of the most famous locations in the country, including Arlington National Cemetery, the Pentagon, and the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
