"Officials from two cities and three developers have agreed tocombine their lawsuits over Contra Costa County's new urban limit line andfight it together. The cities of Brentwood and San Ramon joined with Finley-TassajaraCorp., Mission Peak Homes Inc. and Roddy Ranch LLC to pursue a consolidated effort to overturn the Board of Supervisors' action. Each suedthe county in the weeks after supervisors tightened growth limits on Aug. 1.The vote expanded areas protected from development by 22 square miles."
