With good schools, close proximity to Los Angeles and a reputation as one of the safest cities in the country, it remains an attractive destination for those weary of big-city life.... Other cities that have followed a similar pattern include Tustin, Orange and Anaheim in Orange County and Pomona in Los Angeles County..."
