Appreciation of diversity, social offerings, and aesthetics trump jobs, economy, and safety according to a new survey by Gallup/Knight.
Gallup/Knight interviewed nearly 43,000 people in 26 communities to identify the drivers of community attachment. These drivers are consistent across the range of communities studied. Furthermore, high levels of attachment correlate with high GDP growth.
