"Opponents of Loudoun County's extensive effort to slow home building filed more than 150 lawsuits against the county yesterday, launching one of the broadest legal challenges to a local government in Virginia history.The suits, filed by builders, developers, longtime landowners and last-minute investors, seek to overturn all or parts of a far-reaching slow-growth law passed by Loudoun supervisors last month that would sharply reduce development in the nation's second-fastest growing county."
