"Last week, Merlin Entertainment, which owns Legoland theme parks and other attractions around the world, opened its new 'secret LEGO factory' in Winter Haven, Florida," reports Adam Epstein. What's more, "the hub has hired 50 model builders and designers, and is looking to hire at least 20 more."

Fox 13 broke the news of the hiring process—even gaining access inside the "secret facility" in the video below.
