Urban planner Alexander Garvin will join the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation as vice president for planning, design and development.
"Aexander Garvin, a member of the City Planning Commission and an adjunct professor of urban planning and management at Yale University, will join the agency created to come up with a development plan for the World Trade Center site and the surrounding areas, a spokesman said yesterday."
