A collaboration between artist and organizer Studio ID Eddy and Theatre Group Powerboat, the entirely blue Urban Living Room (think of the living room ensemble from a family of Dutch Smurfs), "aims to give people a more homely experience in public space as well as stimulate spontaneous meetings and conversations," writes Joop de Boer.

Intended to function as a traveling exhibition of Dutch Design, the Urban Living Room will travel
to Istanbul and Hong Kong after its stay on Schouwburgplein.
