Historic Tampa Neighborhood Plans Its Future

Plan calls for a pedestrian oriented village center in Tampa, FL.

After a major development project for the neighborhood fell through. Citizen's of Tampa Heights, one of the city's oldest and closest neighborhoods to downtown, is mapping out its future.Plans call for a law center, a private middle school, and residential development along the Hillsborough River. Plans also call for a "pedestrian-friendly village center with a grocery store, bank, dry cleaners and other neighborhood shops".
