"For many of the 10,000 people who work in the Sears Tower, the nation's tallest skyscraper, life since Sept. 11 has meant a lot of running down stairs, as a series of bomb threats and other hoaxes have led to numerous evacuations. This morning's latest rumor was less frightening -- an ABC News report said law enforcement had thwarted an attack on the 110-story tower -- but no more true."
