A list of 13 sports cars and big trucks with 8- and 12-cylinder engines are the "meanest" on the environment for the 2001 model year, the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy says. Leading the list are General Motors Corp.'s big pickups and full-size sport-utility vehicles, Dodge's Ram 2500 pickup and a Ferrari.
