Directors of planning, administrators, and city managers who know about GIS but who may not use it much; who need to know about GIS to justify its existence for funding; and who may need to manage GIS staff. Suitable for managers who already have an existing GIS or for those wishing to implement one.

Show managers what they are in for when they implement GIS at their shop.




Objectives:




Give substantial take-away reference material on these topics.




Have some fun.




Present material in a variety of formats so we don't bore the pants off these folks.
