Comprehensive Redevelopment Plan for Philadelphia's North Delaware Riverfront
Philadelphia City Planning Commission
The Philadelphia City Planning Commission is updating the City's land use and development plans for a ten-mile long segment of the Delaware River waterfront from Center City to Bucks County. This "Comprehensive Redevelopment Plan for the North Delaware Riverfront" seeks to apply world-class standards for land use and design to one of the Philadelphia Region's major assets - its waterfront.
The consultant team has completed the first report in this study. This report presents the results of the study team's analysis of the Delaware Riverfront and a conceptual framework for future development. The report has been divided into seven Portable Document Format (PDF) files that can be viewed with your Web browser.
