Their urban renewal goal is to transform the intersection of Hollywood and Western in Los Angeles. This means getting rid of the drug and prostitution trades in the area. The group has bought a hotel which it will refurbish and rename. Other developments are also coming in. Critics say there is a long way to go to make it safe for families.
