"With all of the plans to develop Detroit to attract tourists, promote a better image and pump up the citys economy, Kurt Kelly cant understand why more of the citys brains and financial muscle have not been used to promote one of its greatest assets its rich musical heritage...But if you are a tourist, it can be pretty frustrating trying to track down the music because the entertainment venues are so geographically scattered."
