"Over the next six weeks, organizers will summarize the answers and meet with residents, businesses, members of the art community and others to see if they are on the right track. Arizona State University's plan to bring up to 15,000 students to a new campus is a major element in the effort to re-energize downtown with more shops, parks, restaurants, housing and entertainment, all within walking distance, and integrated with light rail, the Civic Plaza and existing businesses and attractions.A "consensus plan" is expected to be unveiled at a public meeting this summer."
