A report by the Economic Roundtable for the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency analyzes the direct economic impacts of six social equity policies.
"The social equity policies of [Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles] are one means ofleveraging private developer investments to bring substantial financial resources intosome of the city's poorest communities. This Economic Roundtable report estimates the benefits that accrue to individuals and their communities as a result of these CRA/LA social equity policies.
