Submit a Proposal for a Presentation at our Forum in Arlington, VA in April 2024

The Transportation Research Forum invites you to submit a presentation proposal for its 65th Annual Forum, which will be held in Arlington, VA, on April 4 – 5, 2024.  Please note that we have a January 20 deadline for proposals for lectern and poster presentations but will consider proposals for posters on a space-available basis until March 3.  This is an "in-person" event.  All presenters receive expert feedback on their work.   The main conference landing page is here. The Schedule-at-a-Glance is here.  We have attractive registration options, including day rates, technical tours, and awards in both student and non-student categories for paper and poster submissions.  Registration for the Friday, April 5 sessions includes our Awards Luncheon and keynote speaker. 

The conference, held at George Mason University’s Van Metre Hall on its Mason Square (Arlington) Campus, which is just two blocks from a Washington DC Metrorail stop, also offers excellent networking opportunities.  We welcome student and practitioner submissions.  Graduate students not making presentations are welcome to take part in our Student Delegation, which includes special tours and a mixer.   Please email [email protected] with any questions.
