The Olive-270/Westport submarket in St. Louis County is on a hot streak with commercial development.
A large new office development is in the works in St. Louis County. St. Louis-based development firm CRG is planning "750,000 square feet of new Class A office space to be spread over three buildings along I-270 just north of DeSmet High School where a small neighborhood sits today," according to an article by Brian Feldt. CRG "has all 38 homes under option agreements and that the project still needs to be rezoned to move forward."
"The development would be called Balmoral Office Park and would add to a blossoming area of St. Louis, where companies such as Edward Jones and World Wide Technology have already planted deep roots with new facilities," adds Feldt.
