The City of Rochester (N.Y.) plans to sign a deal with the renowned Cordish Company to transform a struggling warehouse district overlooking Rochester's majestic High Falls into a top-notch entertainment destination. "The Cordish projects that perhaps intrigue city officials the most are in Baltimore and Hampton Roads, where he rebuilt old power plants and attracted tenants such as Barnes & Noble and ESPN Zone. He has also worked with Hard Rock Cafe, Ruths Chris Steakhouse and Ruby Tuesdays restaurants."
