Dallas suburbs continue their development boom. The latest example comes from Frisco.
"Frisco's $5 billion mile is getting another project," reports Steve Brown.
"Irving-based apartment builder JPI is working on plans for a new rental community in the $700 million Gate development on the Dallas North Tollway north of John Hickman Parkway," explains Brown. "The planned apartment development would be just across the tollway from the huge Wade Park project."
Planetizen has been keeping a close on the mega-projects coming online in Dallas suburbs like Frisco, Plano, and Irving, many with price tags that require the word billion with a "b."
