Patrick Sisson and Alissa Walker have created a list of "101 small ways you can improve your city."

The list offers an explicit call to action for people to take ownership of their cities beyond their walls of their home, and states its intention as a "resource for urban inspiration."

The list is organized into the categories of "On Your Street," "In Your Neighborhood," At Your Parks," "Along Your Route," "With Your Neighbors," "In Your Community." Many of the items on the list will be familiar to Planetizen readers—maybe some Planetizen readers are already responsible for the delivering the ideas contained in the list. But even the most-studied and enthusiastic urban boosters are likely to find new ideas in Sisson and Walker's list.
