Recent data from Trulia reveals that the number of homes worth at least million dollars doubled in the past four years. Some places have a veritable monopoly on ritzy domiciles.

The real stars of this article's show, however, are the cities, towns, villages, and census-designated places with 100 percent of their housing stocking topping the million-dollar mark. Small cities, towns, villages, and census-designated places in Hawaii, California, Florida, New York, Wyoming, and Washington make up the list.
