"The Template Hospital Project sets guidelines for the development of both new and rebuilt California Kaiser Permanente hospitals over the next decade... All proposed sites will be reviewed by the joint venture design team for preliminary site fit and local code conditions. These studies will help establish recommended expansion and utility access zones as well as strategies for hospital campus entry and circulation."
