The editors of the CityLab got together and decided on bunch of urbanism buzzwords they'd like to see fizzle out in 2016. The reasons for their collective dislike vary by term—in some cases it's because buzzwords have lost their original meaning (e.g., "hipster"), in some cases they've overplayed an already short supply of clever (e.g., "Uber for X"), and sometimes the words are easy to say but hard to hold accountable (e.g., "resilience").
