Dr. Khadduri's presentation will be based on her work as the author of a chapter on HUD's history in PD&R's forthcoming book HUD at 50: Creating Pathways to Opportunity (anticipated release in October). She'll provide insights on the key programs, policies, and personalities that have shaped HUD into the "Department of Opportunity."
