Writing for the Coffee with an Architect blog, Jody Brown directs some self-deprecating humor toward his notoriously, um, creative profession. The joke, in the form of a question: How many architects does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

A sample of a few of the 21 responses to the joke:

  • One to question the concept… “Does it have to screw?”
  • One to discuss Le Corbusier’s use of lightbulbs throughout Villa Savoye
  • One to remove the boundary between the interior and the exterior of the lightbulb
