"Carl was born in Jamaica, moved here nearly 20 years ago and has spent the last six brightening up the days of anyone who walks past him with calls about Rastafarianism and positivity," writes Standen. "I've seen that lead to lots of Sloaney white guys in their early 20s fist bump him and say 'bless up' in a cod-Jamaican accent, which is always one of the worst things in the world, but we can forget about that for now."
