"Water quality in 4 of the 12 watersheds in the Philadelphia area is among the poorest in the country, according to a federal study of pollutants, wildlife and geology.The four are ranked six, the worst ranking on a scale of one to six. A ranking of six was given to just 28 of the more than 2,200 watersheds in the United States."
