Many Nuestro Barrio residents are like Tallabas, people who bought their homes decades before Sky Harbor turned into the nation's fifth-busiest airport.Over the years, they have watched aircraft noise and pollution, followed by drugs, crime and blight, erode their property values as values elsewhere around the Valley skyrocketed."
