New Commuter Rail Plans In Southern California

A coalition of 10 cities in Southern California is looking at a 13-mile rail line. The plan, previously doomed, is steaming up.

When it was under the Orange County Transit Authority, the project was shelved. But 10 west OC cities are moving forward with a system of their own. They say that they do not want to be left behind. This new line would link with LA County lines.
