Management is key to the well being of any business, and economic developers need to understand the nuances of managing their business in order to assist other businesses. This course is geared specifically to the management of an economic development organization. The course will cover the issues specific to economic development organizations such as; working with leaders, developing a vision for the organization and community, delegation of available resources to the right programs and the development of the most appropriate programs for that organization and community.
