Headwaters RC&D Area, Inc, .in cooperation with the Jefferson Local Development Corp., is requesting qualifications for professional services to assist in the refinement and expansion of a master plan, a marketing plan and a plan for organizational and management structures for the business park near Whitehall, Montana. At a minimum, the master plan will include an analysis of the business climate, a business location profile and a target industry analysis.
