REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
MASTER DEVELOPER
Missouri State Penitentiary Redevelopment Project
Jefferson City, Missouri
The MSP Redevelopment Project Master Plan proposes over 2 million sq. ft. of new construction and renovation / adaptive re-use of several existing historic buildings situated on a 142 Acre site with bluff top views of the Missouri River Valley. This site is located just 6 blocks east of the historic Missouri State Capitol. Proposed as a mixed-use redevelopment the project includes offices, hotels, restaurants, retail shops, a public assembly facility with visitor center and museum attractions. Over $ 130 Million has already been committed to the project, including over $ 4 Million in local funding for infrastructure improvements. Projects completed include a New State Office Building and State Public Health Laboratory with planning underway for the recently announced New US Courthouse.
This will be a two-stage selection process.

RFQ SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DUE ON JANUARY 18, 2008
Proposals from short-listed firms will be due in March 2008.
