Form-Based Codes 201: The How-to Course for Designing Form-Based Zoning Ordinances will be held at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, on October 31 and November 1. The Bloustein School is an easy train ride from New York City, Philadelphia, and Newark Liberty International Airport.
In FORM-BASED CODES 201 you will learn how to develop building, public space, and architectural standards; how to draft form-based code regulating plans; and fundamentals of document design and imaging techniques. Participants will get hands-on experience through exercises and plenty of opportunities to talk with experts about implementing form-based zoning codes. This course is offered by the nationally prominent Form-Based Codes Institute and Bloustein School's Center for Government Services and Professional Development Institute.
