PASADENA, Calif. – Hogle-Ireland, Inc., a land planning and development consulting firm is proud to announce the opening of its new office in Pasadena. In addition, Laura Stetson, AICP joined the company as senior project manager and will be managing the new office.

The office located at 201 South Lake Street, Suite 308 in Pasadena will house eight new staff members who will be servicing the San Gabriel Valley and greater Los Angeles area, as well as many projects throughout California. Some of the projects the team will be working on include housing elements for the cities of Garden Grove and Laguna Woods, general plan updates for the cities of Rialto and Rosemead, and GIS services for the city of Pasadena, and the EIR for the Huntington Beach Circulation Element.

Laura Stetson joins Hogle-Ireland, Inc. with more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and public sector planner. She has served as project manager on general plans, zoning codes, specific plans, and special planning studies for diverse cities throughout California. Ms. Stetson brings to the firm commitment and passion for working in all kinds of communities to craft strategies for achieving planning goals.
