The City of Santa Monica invites statements of qualifications and letters of interest from qualified developers to develop an innovative and creative multi-tenant project on a 10,985 sq. ft. site on the Santa Monica Pier. The development should promote a lively pedestrian environment, offer high quality architectural and urban design, and support the distinctive and historic character of the Santa Monica Pier
