Consultants are needed to administer and promote a design competition for courtyard housing in Portland, Oregon. Sponsored by the City of Portland, this design competition will include a focus on exploring how higher-density courtyard housing can be designed to be an attractive option for families with children, as part of efforts to expand the range of infill housing types being built in Portland's neighborhoods. The Bureau of Planning is seeking proposals from consultants with experience in administering design competitions and in producing promotional material and publications.

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2007 in order to be considered.
