The Department of Conservation, Development & Planning of Napa County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from highly qualified environmental consultants for the purpose of establishing a list of qualified "CEQA Consultants." The County of Napa invites qualified individuals or firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for consideration to be placed on the County of Napa's California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Qualified Consultants List for privately initiated projects.
