The City of Dallas is seeking to creatively amend the Dallas Development Code to institute key zoning tools to facilitate implementation of the forwardDallas! Comprehensive Plan. These amendments are intended to provide market-tested development standards for mixed use, urban design standards that promote walkability, and parking standards that are suitable for a range of urban environments.
