The City of Reno (City) is establishing an on-going pool of pre-qualified firms to provide planning services to the Community Development Department, Planning Division. The City has identified the need to supplement staff time and expertise for current and long range planning. Subsequent Request For Proposals (RFP) will be distributed to pre-qualified firms. The scopes of services include:
Current Planning Analysis (zoning amendments, special use permits, tentative maps, variances); Building Application Review; Geographic Information Systems; Business License Review; Urban Design; Economic Analysis; Project Management; and Zoning Code Analysis.
