Call for Nominations: Diana Donald Award
City of Phoenix Planning Department
The Diana Donald Award was created to recognize a significant contribution to planning issues related to women and the family. This award is named after past APA Director Diana Donald of Hartford, Connecticut, in recognition of her contributions to the organization. Both men and women are eligible to receive the award.
Do you know a planner who has been involved in planning: public transportation, infill housing, low-income housing, CPTED (safe) built environment, community development non-profits, economic development non-profits, community wellness, or other such projects? Do you know an outstanding citizen who is: leader, citizen planner (such as a journalist who regularly covers planning issues, or representative who develops planning legislation), academician, youth leader, or member of a religious order or private land use institute?
Please submit your nominations by July 31st to the individual noted below.
