Northern Community Investment Corporation (NCIC) in collaboration with the City of Berlin and the Berlin Main Street program is requesting letters of interest and statements of qualification from qualified individuals or firms interested in providing design charrette services for the planning of a portion of Berlin's Main Street.

NCIC is seeking a team of professionals to hold public listening sessions, conduct open design sessions culminating in a presentation to the community with all recommendations presented to the community in a report. The charrette will be followed up with the development of concept plans and cost estimates for the preferred re-development option.

Please submit letters of interest and proposed approach along with five (5) copies of qualification statements to Northern Community Investment Corporation, PO Box 419, Berlin, NH 03570, Attention: Cathy Conway. Please submit in hard copy (no fax) by the end of the business day November 5, 2004.

NCIC reserves the right to select and negotiate with any qualified respondent whose capabilities, experience and approach are considered by NCIC to be in the best interests of the community.
