This is an in-depth workshop that explores how to create the residential buildings and dwelling units that make up a successful traditional neighborhood. Building types will include, among others, the small-lot family house, the attached and detached master-down dwelling; bungalow courts and other forms of courtyard housing; and the small-scale multifamily building.
