Redevelopment Authority
The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (RDA) is requesting proposals from development teams to produce a neighborhood master plan and develop approximately 151 units of mixed income for-sale housing in North Central Philadelphia. This development is part of the City's HUD-funded Homeownership Zone.
For the development of the for-sale units, the selected team will choose members of the governing body of a development entity which will also include representation from a community based organization.
