The preparation course provides candidates with original insights about how to easily and effectively prepare for the exam through specific preparation methodologies. These answer a candidate's what, why, and how questions, including:

What subject matter is important to study;

Why knowing about certain topics is essential; and

How to effectively prepare for difficult and complex questions.

PLANetizen's online course will be available on December 15, 2002. You can qualify for the introductory rate of $99 either by pre-registering on the PLANetizen website:

After January 10, 2003, pricing will increase to $149. The course is organized into a series of eight modules, each covering a different aspect of the exam. The last module will include two full sample exams. Preparation materials have been produced by Michael Waiczis, AICP, an acknowledged expert in preparing for the AICP* exam.
