Distinguished Graduate Scholar Award for New Doctoral Students

The College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs of the University of Illinois at Chicago is pleased to announce a Distinguished Graduate Scholar Award for students interested in pursuing advanced studies in Public Administration or Urban Planning and Policy. The award offers full-time students a guarantee of up to four years of tuition-free education and salaries of up to $15,000 per academic year for work as research assistants in one of the college's seven research centers and institutes.
Selected students prepare for research careers in Public Administration or Urban Planning and Policy by studying with faculty in their chosen academic department and in one of the nationally recognized research centers within the UIC College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs
The Public Administration and Urban Planning and Policy Programs also offer the nationally accredited Master of Public Administration and Master of Urban Planning and Policy degrees.
