Michael Brandman Associates (MBA) is pleased to announce their reintroduction into the northern California area. MBA, celebrating its 20-year anniversary, is an industry leader in CEQA/NEPA, and Natural & Cultural Resources Management, and Restoration Ecology. With the reintroduction of this office in 2001, MBA promoted Jason M. Brandman, Vice President, as Regional Manager for the new office. Mr. Brandman is an experienced project manager specializing in planning, environmental impact assessment, and public policy analysis with an in depth understanding of issues related to redevelopment of City's and their Downtown's. His almost 16 years of experience includes the management of and analysis for EIRs, EISs, EAs, MNDs, Specific Plans, and water/wastewater resource and hazardous material studies. He has worked on projects ranging from major mixed-use, downtown revitalization plans, regional transportation corridor and utility transmission line studies, and large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Mr. Brandman is currently managing EIRs for a 3.8 million square foot mixed-used development in downtown San Jose, a highly controversial residential development in Monterey County, and a bike-lane connection study in the City of Oakland.
