New Planning Conflict Resolution Course In Bay Area
San Jose State University
A new course in Conflict Resolution and Alternative Dispute Resolution methods for planners will be offered by the San Jose State University Urban and Regional Planning Program on Tuesday evenings, from 7-9:45PM. The course, URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNING 260, will be available to professionals and students in the Bay Area through the Open University program of SJ State. The course will be interactive, and use case studies from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. It will be taught by Patrick McGovern, JD, PhD, AICP, a Bay Area planning educator and principal of McGovern Urban Associates.
